Dining out in Tokyo
A complementary entree and sake
Restaurant eating in Tokyo should be an event. I know everyone raves about the ramen soup, and with every right as it’s great, but when going to a nice little restaurant you don’t need to spend a lot to get an amazing dining experience. And they can do much better than ramen. Last night for around $60nzd Pania and I ate our fill and had a few drinks to wash it down. Lots of small dishes to share means you get to try more options. The food was absolutely fantastic and the service was super friendly. I would say easily better service, food and value than any of the restaurants around Tauranga/Mount Maunganui where we’re from.
